To make a rental reservation, You must provide following information:

All equipment is in 100% working condition, quality tested prior to and directly after each rental. We also provide monitoring service for FREE, which inlcudes: Sound and Lights Monitoring by our team members. By this way we make sure that your event is successful. • Cancellation on event day - 25% refund
• Less than 48 hours - 50% refund
• More than 48 hours - 75% refund

In the course of the event, if the equipment is damaged or lost by any person who is not entitled to the list of employees in the Juicy Sound, Inc. the person, in the name of which the order has been issued is obliged to pay the fine. The fine depends on the scale of damage. The fine will be the full cost of repair. If the item cannot be repaired, fine will go up to the full cost of item replacement. If the exact model of this item is not available on the market, the above-mentioned person is obliged to pay the market value of the closest available model. On the our side, we provide 100% guarantee that all the equipment will be in full working condition. The person, in the name of which the order has been issued is obliged to provide the amount of electric power required to work in the proper mode of operation. We do not take responsibility for the damage caused by electrical failure.
